Barring a major upset, Gaborone United are set to confirm their progress to the second round of the CAF Champions League when they host Curepipe Starlight of Mauritius at the UB Stadium tomorrow.

The Reds hold a comfortable 3-0 lead from the first leg.  GU have had a good run in the competition, a sharp contrast to their domestic form in which they have all but failed to defend the league title and crashed out of the Coca-Cola Cup.

The Gaborone side prevailed over their Mauritian opponents through goals from Vincent Phiri, Mandla Mgadla and Ronald Chikomo. Complacency might prove to be Mayogoleele's biggest undoing with the assumption that the game is already in the bag. Coach David Bright told a media briefing at Lekidi Centre in Gaborone yesterday that they will guard against complacency.
