Kalafatis case takes off

The Directorate of Public Prosecution (DPP) has now completed the John Kalafatis case docket and prosecution, of the alleged killers is expected to begin soon.

The DPP has appointed Assistant Director of Public Prosecution Kabo Leinaeng to handle the case.

Kalafatis' lawyer, Attorney Dick Bayford told Mmegi that the DPP has been in contact with his legal team on the matter. Leinaeng is reported to have told Bayford sometime last week that the DPP is putting final touches on the case, which is almost ready for prosecution.
