Child abuse

This young man was caught performing a barbaric act on children at Mosetlheng Ward in Otse on Saturday. The cad turned a group of small childen into donkeys, tying them up in pairs and making them to pull a makeshift cart on which he and a friend rode.  The children, pulling the cart like donkeys, ferried the two across the length of a football pitch.  The cad and his mate would interchangeably whip the children and ride.

When the abusers realised they were being unmasked by a camera, the unidentified culprits abandoned their barbaric act and made a lame attempt at hidding the donkey reigns behind his back after untying the children. The Monitor team watched as he threw away the reigns into a nearby bush.  He then walked away dancing as if he was celebrating some fulfilled pleasure. While the abuser got away, the children helped themselves to the cart, playing with it in a more civil manner.
