I like the way WUC manages it 'water restriction'

You know how to stock up with water and you can plan your things.  Yet the water is disconnected for a much longer time (about 9 hours) than the BPC load-shedding period of (about 2 hours).

Firstly the way Water Utilities Corporation (WUC) communicated the schedule of disconnections per area.It was so professional.  They placed an advert with clear categories, emailed around and then, more importantly adhering to the schedule per area.  BPC had a schedule but nobody knows it because on the very first week they ignored their own schedule and started cutting willy nilly, abusing customers.To this day we are just at at their mercy. 

With BPC its like being sentenced to death and you don't know when you will be executed. It is such a torture.If they had a competitor I would have left them a long time ago.  Now they are starting prepaid which they are imposing on us.I hear the per unit rate is much higher than for post paid.
