With a budding following the session did not disappoint, as more than five comedians took turns onstage and dished out jokes that ranged from politics to lifestyle issues.The witty jokes managed to keep the audience captivated for close to two hours as the kings of stand up comedy Umaga, Mod, Mawee, Stokie, Goodie, Roni and Phenyo performed.One of the comedians who had the audience in stitches with his witty jokes and charm Odirile Brooks who goes by the stage name Brooks was a hit from the start. In an interview after the show, Brooks said that what makes him stand out from other comedians is that he likes to interact with his audience.

Brooks said he has taken advantage of his drama background by reading his audience to see if they are enjoying his performance and even to learn what kind of audience they are.Furthermore the witty Brooks revealed that his jokes are not based on one subject matter but revolve around daily activities.

He said, 'My jokes come from the things I see and have no main focus as everyday comes with a new and different story to tell.'Brooks said that as he is currently unemployed he figured he should do something with his God given talent. He revealed that he has won the 2011 and 2012 presidential competitions under the comedy category.
