New twist in raditladi's rape allegations

The much-awaited CEO rape case finally made it into the court arena on Friday at the Broadhurst Magistrates Court and those who were hoping to hear details of a gay rape were treated to something else.According to the charge sheet, Raditladi, a famous corporate leader, is accused by one Khumoetsile Johannes of assaulting his genitals on June 7 this year at Phiring Extension 43. Raditladi is also accused of abusing his office as the BNSC boss, by hiring an Avis car for use by a private investigation company to track the movements of Johannes in July.In another charge two police officers are accused of intimidating Johannes at his residence at Bokamoso Hospital, where he works.

Meanwhile BONELA director Uyapo Ndadi on Friday opened the debate around the matter of a man fondling another man's private parts, saying if the law was applied strictly many people in this country especially relatives, would have long been locked up in prison.'Raditladi is charged with fondling a man's penis. Many men would have gone to jail for it! (Remember when we were young our uncles would touch us and say 'ethia', posited Ndadi on his Facebook account, with  about 44 comments immediately following the discussion, and many admitting that they had been victims of penis fondling when they were young.Meanwhile the case will resume at the Broadhurst Magistrates Court on October 16.The accused was granted bail.
