Barclays To Re Open 'New-Look' G-Sun Prestige Branch

The  over-a-cup-of-coffee service branch has been undergoing refurbishment to meet the bank's customer growth and maintain its competitive edge in the market.

The bank's Head of Corporate Affairs Esther Norris said in a statement on  Friday that the refurbished prestige centre features a number of improvements designed to increase customer convenience and enhance service in a friendly environment.

It now comprises five cashier counters including a disabled person's counter, a customer meeting room, as well as three personal banker service points.

The new-look prestige centre also features an adjacent 24-hour ATM machine. Barclays Bank of Botswana, which was established in 1950, is the country's biggest bank operating 39 branches and more than 66 ATMs in all major commercial centres throughout Botswana.  

The bank offers a full range of financial services including retail and commercial banking, treasury services, motor vehicle finance, asset and property finance, credit cards, savings accounts, prestige and personal loans, custody services and Internet banking or Integrator.
