Bhudaza will also use the tour to promote his last album, Likhomo. The 11-tracked album was released in 2009.
Moruakgomo said the tour, which starts on March 30 at the Botswanacraft in Gaborone, would take them to five more places where they are expected to mesmerise Batswana.
From Gaborone the tour will proceed to Selebi-Phikwe, Mochudi, Palapye, Serowe and Mahalapye. Moruakgomo, who last performed along Bhudaza in 2010, said it is a pleasure to once again share the stage with the Lesotho star from whom he said he has learnt much.
The intention of the tour is to take jazz music to the people across the nation, he said. He added that jazz music speaks volumes because it is centred on everyday life events. The tour is also expected to include upcoming artists whose identities Moruakgomo would not reveal. He said they have chosen young artists because they want to give them exposure. Bhudaza last visited the country when he performed along side Punah Gabasiane.
Bhudaza shot to instant fame when he released his debut album Bo-Mapefane that is commonly known for songs like Tjonjobina and Hard Times among others. The first album received huge reviews and reached platinum status while the second one, Mohokare, reached gold status. His last album earned him the 16th Annual MTN South African award in the Best adult contemporary (African Jazz) category.
