DKB and Zainab get the boot out of Stargame

Sierra Leonean model upgraded to Upville and Ghanaian comedian DKB got disqualified from Big Brother Africa Stargame following an argument between the two which resulted in a violent eruption.  The two contravened the Big Brother rule, which clearly state sthat 'Any Housemate who becomes physically violent will be removed from the House immediately'.  Violence, as defined by Big Brother, can refer to self-inflicted violence, or violence towards another.  Violence includes provocation, goading, bullying and victimisation.

The altercation started after Zainab walked into the shower while DKB was showering. This infuriated the comedian who came rushing out of the bathroom to confront Zainab.  DKB told Zainab that no self-respecting woman would do what she did and the argument escalated from there with DKB threatening to slap her.  At this point Zainab got into his face and repeatedly shouted: 'Slap me now.'  The comedian lost his cool and eventually pushed and then slapped the model.  The two wrestled each other until the other housemates charged in to break up the fight. After reviewed the footage, Big Brother come down to the following conclusion.

'DKB - you have been disqualified from the game for contravening the violence rule.  You must pack your bags immediately, and take them to storeroom. You must say goodbye to your Housemates and then leave the house through the storeroom. DKB, leave the Diary Room immediately, and pack your bags,' Big Brother said.  To Zainab, Big Brother said: 'Having reviewed the footage very carefully, Big Brother can come to no other conclusion than that your provocation of DKB contributed substantively to the incident.  For this reason, Big Brother has concluded that you have also been disqualified.  Once DKB has left the House, you too will pack your bags and take them to the storeroom.  You will then say goodbye to your Housemates, and leave through the storeroom.'

Video clips of the altercation between DKB and Zainab have gone viral on YouTube with over 50,000 views.  Online comments are also pouring in on various websites addressing the altercation between the two. Meanwhile, the latest to be evicted from the reality show's Downville house were the Botswana pair of the Maygilip sisters, Edith and Eve, alongside Ghana's Mildred.  Eve, however, had a close contest in terms of votes with Ghana's Keitta who ended being upgraded to the Upville house.

During Sunday's eviction show, Ghana's Mildred boycotted going on stage, arguing that she had since requested to be brought a Brazillian weave and it had not been delivered.  Mildred left the house with Eve, Edith and her boyfriend Keitta, but only three showed up on stage.  The show's presenter IK made a number of attempts to call her on stage, but she would not listen. She however was the first to be booted out followed by Edith and then Eve, who lost by a single vote.

Downville up-to-date has lost a total of nine housemates to evictions, while Upville only lost one housemate to eviction.
