Amantle wins diamond league meet

The Botswana athlete, who is also the reigning world champion, recorded an impressive time of 49.68 as she collected eight diamond points. Other competitors in the race were USA's Debie Dunn(51.22), Natalya Antyukh of Russia(51.51 secs), Shericka Williams of Jamaica(51.56) Moa Hjelmer of Sweden(51.99), Marie Gayot of France(52.47), Sanders Nicola of Britain(52.79).

Meanwhile in the men's category it was Jamaica all the way as  Jamaican runners occupied the three top finish. Usain Bolt won in 9.79 seconds, followed by compatriots Asafa Powell(9.85) and Lerone Clarke( 10.10). South African Simon Magakwe was 5th in 10.30 secs.
