Seabelo computerises ticketing

Further, the statement reveals that contrary to popular belief Tlhaselo has not lost everything in his divorce settlement, but has chosen his businesses over his property investments.

The statement also says Tlhaselo's businesses, Seabelo's Express and Seabelo's Carriers, continue to operate as they have done for the last 30 years. 'Seabelo Tlhaselo sacrificed the bulk of his property investments because he wishes to protect the welfare of his employees. By retaining his business operations, he ensured that his loyal management and staff would keep their jobs,' the statement reads. The company has over 200 employees. According to Rita Keevil, Tlhaselo's attorney, Seabelo's Express previously owned 40 buses, 29 of which went to Tlhaselo, while 11 went to his former wife Annah Tlhaselo. Seabelo's Express retains its normal routes, having lost only one route (Gaborone- Serowe) to his ex-wife. Seabelo House remains the headquarters of the company.

Seabelo also retains his trucks, and is in the process of adding to his fleet, as well as moving to a new yard and offices, Keevil told Mmegi yesterday. His ex-wife Anna retained most of their property investments as well as 11 buses that Tlhaselo is helping her to rebrand.
