Rundofa resurfaces at TAFIC

Rundofa ditched the Humphrey Nawa chaired outfit early this year allegedly in protest over unfulfilled contractual promises. Dubani Dubani, the newly elected TAFIC spokesperson, confirmed that Rundofa is training with the rest of the squad as the club prepares for the upcoming season expected to roar into life mid next month.

'He is our player. It is true that he deserted the club some months ago. But his explanation is comprehensible.

And there is no way we cannot accept him back,' said the newly elected club spokesperson. Dubani expressed hope that the player will perform to expectations. The new spokesperson said the club is hoping for better luck next season so that they can be one of the all-conquering sides.

Meanwhile, ECCO City Greens FC stalwart in Keabetswe Jenamiso is staying with the green stomachs of Francistown. Jenamiso had allegedly delayed renewing his contract with the Atshele Molapi coached outfit following allegations that the big spending Gaborone United (GU) had shown interest in the towering defender.

However, Jenamiso this week announced that he has sealed a new two-year deal with the 2012 Mascom Top 8 finalists to prolong his stay at the green and white shirted side until August 2014.'It is true that I renewed my contract with two more years. The fascinating development took place on 10 August at a secluded place in Gaborone,' confirmed Jenamiso.

Mmegi Sport can reveal that ECCO offered him a P25, 000 sign-on fee and a P4,500 monthly salary.
