Digging tswana roots

It is a common truism that a nation that does not know where it comes from is one unlikely to know where it is heading. The first president of Botswana, Sir Seretse Khama, also said: 'a nation without a past is a lost nation, and a people without a past is a people without a soul'.  Do we know where we come?  Have we sought to find out and embrace our real roots - not just what we have been told thus far?

In my first article I traced early, forced Sotho-Tswana migration from ancient Egypt (Khmer-Roggo) through Cameroun (Khmer-Roon) and most likely through the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) to where we now are.

I also showed how our language - not surprisingly - is, therefore, very close to both ancient Egyptian and Sumerian-Babylonian.  As such, we can now also claim - without hesitation - their entire repository of ancient knowledge about our now-obscured ancient roots.

Most people do not know that the Old Testament stories of our cosmology and how we came to be are a highly abbreviated version of Babylonian stories the Jews recorded when they were in exile in Babylon - as late as 598 BC.  Fearful that their entire legacy may soon be forgotten, they sat by the Rivers of Babylon and 'remembered Zion', that is, collected what they recalled of their mostly oral history.

While their history, especially from the time of Abraham, is indeed their own, the cosmology in the first chapters of Genesis was grafted, in condensed form, from Babylonian 'mythology', which in turn derived much from the Sumerians, the world's first civilisation after the Flood.

In abridging a story, however, much is typically lost.  We all know, for example, that mankind was not created some 7,000 years ago as the Old Testament (OT) would have us believe.  This has helped to create much of the scepticism with which the OT is viewed today.  But when we turn to the original and more complete Mesopotamian versions of the same stories, we find that not only do they agree well with our archaeological and anthropological record, they are far ahead of conventional thought!

In a previous article we reconciled the Babylonian dates of 277,483 BC (their 1st   Shar) with when anatomically modern man (the gods) first appeared, and 183,783 BC (their 40th Shar) with the creation of the reddish-brown skinned Adamu - when, genetically, 'the races began to split' - exactly as they had averred.

In the original Sumerian-Babylonian record, the Adamu is a different character altogether from Adapa, who was born in 70,599 BC according to my new timeline, revealed in detail in my book Eloi, Eloi! Unlocking the Secret Age of Lo and Ba-Loi. Therein I expose, for the very first time ever, the secret formula that was used by the Biblical compilers to reduce the pre-Flood ages of the Adapite line, which in the OT is the line of Adam.

In other words, the OT fused into one story the Sumerian story of Adamu (the LU.LU) and Adapa, the much later 'creation', inevitably resulting in tell-tale signs of suture (sowing together).  For example, when Cain, son of Adam, was expelled from Eden, where did he find the wives that were impliedly already in existence?

When my new formula is applied, the ages of the Adapa, his third son Seth, and the rest of the Biblical Patriarchs to Noah reconcile extremely well with the recorded lifespan in those pre-Flood times, up to 36,000 years, as 'incredibly' highlighted for us in the Sumerian and Babylonian pre-Flood Kings Lists!  Were the ancients imagining things?  How was it possible for people to have lived so long?

Was this the reason the 'gods' called themselves 'the immortal ones'?  'Alternative History' researchers like Zecharaia Sitchin claim that it was through the knowledge of how to manipulate genes,  especially the one that causes aging and which modern scientists are steadily homing into that they were able to elongate their lives.

I differ.  This may explain the longevity of rank-and-file gods (and their chosen), but the elite gods lived for as long as 300,000 years and more!  Again, for the first time in my book, the secret to this is comprehensively exposed.

The scientific basis for this cannot be refuted because to do so would involve not only refuting the findings of Albert Einstein (and various other scientific models), but an elegant, seamless thread in the story of the Illui, including the scientific reason for why the giants of lore were so tall (as I also reveal in my book), would have to be countered.

Speaking of giants (bo-dimo), their legend is often taken to be pure myth.  But, as we will find out in future articles, the harsh reality is that hundreds of skeletons of 7-12 feet Caucasian giants (and some even bigger) have been excavated right round the world, including in China, Europe, USA, Peru and Australia!

How they came into existence and how their story gels seamlessly with not only the story of Adapa and his descendents, but with certain anthropological discoveries, makes for a very interesting, if convoluted, story whose enigma we will begin to unravel from next week!
