Zimbabwean to appear for 'common nuisance'

The suspect has been on the run for six weeks since his case was opened. He was only arrested on January 23, 2011 around 9 pm when he allegedly returned to the shop on Sunday night trying to reconcile with an employee known as 'Nkitseng'. Nkitseng locked the door and called the police. Tlokweng Police Station Commander, Superintendent Lebalang Maniki, says they are investigating.

The suspect is booked for 'common nuisance' but Nkitseng wants him charged with 'threat to kill'. Nkitseng claims the suspect put him through hell when he came with his friend on December 12, 2010, threatening him with a knife saying, 'this is your last day as I am going to kill you before you can call the police,' Nkitseng said.
