UK Foreign Secretary to visit Botswana

In an interview, foreign affairs official Tshenolo Modise confirmed to Mmegi that Hague will meet president Khama and Skelemani and the media.

She will release more details on the visit later. The  British High Commission in Gaborone confirmed that Secretary Hague will be in Gaborone but would not say what the purpose of the visit would be.

The 50-year-old Hague is a former leader of the Conservative party, who is also considered a close ally of British Prime Minister David Cameron.
