Juju Boy's new album set for Rasesa launch

 

The artistes include South African rapper, Tuks Senganga and Khulichana, also from Mzanzi.

Local hit makers Scar, Eugene Jackson, 3rd Mind, Skizo, Magosi, Mosako, Mingo, KBos, BK Proctor, T.H.A.B.O, Makau, Vee, and Slizer are all on the line up that also includes top radio DJs like RB2's DJ Sly, and Easy B.

Juju Boy's new release, which will also be on sale at the Rasesa Lodge on October 30, also features Tuks, Scar, Eugene Jackson, 3rd Mind, and Skizo.

Prez Beats, the producers behind the Hurt me song have also 'soiled their hands' in the new production. Goof Mapitse, one of the seasoned music producers around, also participated in the production, along with legendary David Skizo Molosi.

Followers of Juju Boy's music will find that the new music is essentially influenced by international pop stars such as the Black Eyed Peas, and Lady Gaga, hence the album title, White music.

In the new album Juju Boy says he was free to explore his creativity and diversity. 'I want people to know me as an artist.

To me that means I'm not scared to try new things. I want it to be known that I am brave enough to keep reinventing myself with every new project and I'm confident that my fans will enjoy ad identify with my new work,' Juju Boy adds.

Born Kgotla Ntsima, Juju Boy rose to fame thanks to his first album, One man rock band, with the hit track, Hurt Me, which also saw him invited to perform at the Big Brother All Stars (BBAS) eviction show this year.

The hit song was also immortalised by its video on you tube, which received more than 17,000 hits.

According to Juju Boy, the Hurt Me song is currently the number one most downloaded ring tone on Mascom Catalogue. The Saturday launch is scheduled to be a family fun event starting in the morning to give kids a chance to see their favourite personalities.
