Grand West to celebrate 9th anniversary

The marketing manager of the establishment, Keamogetse Mathekeng said they are going to throw a big party to thank their customers. The guests will be entertained by resident DJs Small, Fondo and K-Nice.   Mathekeng said it has become customary that every year they should meet under a relaxed atmosphere to have a good time with their customers. 

'We just want to thank our customers for their support,' said Mathekeng.  To her, throwing the party for their customers signifies how they value them.  She said it is also a way of interacting with their clients.   'When people come to our club everyday, it shows that they appreciate our services.  It is a safe place, once you are inside, you cannot lose your valuables,' said Mathekeng, emphasising that security is tight at their establishment.She said they have made friends with the their customers over the years.  

Mathekeng said guests would be given t-shirts and complimentary cocktails.  They will also be treated to snacks.   Mathekeng said clientele of their club has grown over the years.   Grand West was opened in 2001.  It is one of the clubs owned by Gaborone entertainment guru, Steve Mogul.
