According to Prosecutor, Goitseone Archie Makgoa, the Zimbabwean man crossed the Ramokgwebana  border into the country carrying with him 44 CDs and 15 DVDs which, according to Makgoa, were not declared to the BURS.

'On the 27 September the police saw the Zimbabwean man selling a CD to an individual at Continental Filling Station in Francistown and inquired if he was displaying counterfeit CDs ,' Makgoa said. The man was today brought before the magistrate who fined him P600 for displaying counterfeit goods and P400 for failure to declare goods at the BURS.
