Morris is the new BURS boss

In a statement, the ministry said that  Morris, who is the serving commissioner of Customs and Excise, will take up his new post effective December 1, 2010.

'He has  worked for a long time in different capacities in the Department of Customs and Excise in the Ministry of Finance and Development Planning,' read the statement.

Morris also worked for fourteen months  in the position of  Commissioner General , on an interim basis,  when BURS was set up.
