Swedes sponsor workshops on water and ICT

The workshop will tackle issues of waste management, water planning and demand and sewage upgrading.

It will go in depth to explore existing national plans, strategies and laws dealing with waste management in Botswana. After the workshop, consultants will write a report that will enable a complete review analysis based on needs and proposed action plans.

The Swedish Trade Council will run another workshop in partnership with BEDIA and BIH, focusing on Information and Communication Technology  (ICT) on 15 and 16 November. The workshop aims to create a platform for substantial meetings and dialogue between university authorities and the private sector and to guide sustainable solutions for cooperation and knowledge exchange.
