Fitness boot camp moves to Francistown

Morgan started with the boot camp in Gaborone late last year and now he is bringing the show to the North where he hails from.

Morgan says that the training in Gaborone was a big success.

'It recently started in Gaborone with an eight-week intensive programme with 60 men and women who were overweight and as of today there is now a smile on their faces,' he said.

Morgan says that the evolution of boot camp combines intense cardio bursts with signature moves for maximum benefits. These high-powered, high-energy, exhilarating workouts to strengthen one's core, burn fat and increase one's overall fitness.

Morgan is the founder of Obert Fitness, a company in the US that deals with corporate awareness, corporate boot camps, personal training and health education.

'I am a highly experienced exercise specialist and world fitness presenter and I have demonstrated the ability to lead diverse teams of professionals to new levels of success in a variety of highly competitive fitness industries, workshop and convention presentations, sports management ability and lifestyle management counselling,' he said.

He further told Showbiz that though the boot camp programmes are challenging they are quite rewarding as well. 'These challenging and rewarding fitness programmes incorporate style fitness activities and power drills to help you get into the best shape of your life.

In three days you can supercharge your body to a certain extent; so we know it is not enough and we are piloting this programme in Francistown and should we see any need to do a long-term programme we will do that,' he added.

Morgan further says a team of highly experienced fitness experts, who have been in this business for not less than 15 years, are hosting the programme.

Morgan is conducting this boot camp with Timon Moyo.

Morgan is the first Motswana to produce an exercise fitness video.

'It is currently sold worldwide so you will not expect anything more than first class fitness workouts and professional guidance and I have done it over and over on radio talk shows and television locally and overseas,' he added.

The boot camp in Francistown is expected to start tomorrow (March 25) and end on March 27 at Fleximind Gym. Last year Morgan brought the concept of 'Biggest Loser' to Botswana and says that he is going to help interested Batswana overcome lifestyle diseases.
