BPC Donates To Mega Com Safaris

The donation cheque was handed over by BPC public administration officer, Tlhomamiso Selato at a press conference at Thabitha Training Institute in Francistown. She said they gave the money in response to a request for help by Michael Belebese, the founder of the football team. She said the club has inspired the youth, especially those out of school.

'Belebese has done a great job by taking the youth off the streets to keep them busy, so that is why BPC has donated this P10,000 cheque to motivate the team, show love and  compassion to our children,' she said.

Former DC and patron of the club, Sylvia Muzila said BPC has greatly helped them because the team sometimes faces financial problems.

She said that the team has been doing very well since it was formed and currently it is leading the league by 30 points with 10 games played.

It has won nine times and drawn once and chances are that it might win the league and gain promotion to First Division North. There are only eight games left and the team that is following them is trailing by five points.
