Galo Mall; A favourite haunt

'To me, it's a one-stop-shop. One would not have to move from this to that mall for the things they want. There are no Chinese shops, which sometimes attract the wrong people. It's the trendiest mall in the city, so, if one is following trends, this is where they should come,' says Aaron Dube.

Linah Ookeditse says she loves shopping at the mall because: 'There are no thieves here. You can open your wallet and take money out without fear of somebody snatching it.

It's paved and so clean,' she says sounding  satisfied. Of course cleaners are visibly doing their job. Rubbish bins are available at every corner. Her friend, Tekelo James agrees with her and further says that the mall is not overcrowded, so, there is a lot of space in which one can move freely.

Again there are refreshment places such as Milkylane, Nandos and Bimbos where one can assuage their hunger or quench their thirst after making the rounds in Options, Truworths, Identity, JB Sports, Woolworths or Edgars.

For Adelaide Matlapeng Galo Mall is ideal because it is convenient, as all her favourite shops are at the same place.

The northern part of the mall has stairs which take you to Barclays and Standard Chartered ATMs, Multi-Choice, Lordsland Medical Centre as well as hair and beauty salons.

Galo Mall is nestled close to Ntshe House, the new First National Bank building, Francistown College of Education and Minestone location. The mall itself is home to about 46 business facilities.
