New Haskins building to open soon

'We will be opening in the next two months for those who want to lease out shops,' he said. He says that Haskins will not be occupying any of the suites as they are strictly for leasing.  Haskins is one of the oldest and successful commercial property owners in Francistown. The business giant leases several buildings in Francistown along  Haskins Street as well as other streets.

The manager at PA and Associates, the construction company on site, Cornelius Ndlovu says that the building is almost complete. 

He said that the building consists of fifteen offices with ten offices on the first floor and five shops on the ground floor. The building is a double story. 

Ndlovu says that construction of the building started last year in November.

Next to the new building there is more construction taking place.

'We  are constructing  a similar building with shops and offices,' he said. The new building is a welcome development to the people of Francistown who are struggling for viable places to run businesses such as shops and offices. It is located on Haskins Street and Blue Jacket street.
