Gabs Sun set to stage Valentine's Day musical

The Gaborone Sun show, going for P250 a ticket, will also double as a Valentine Day dinner from 7pm-10pm. An elated Mash, who last year shook the entertainment scene with a bare it all musical, Shaken, Not Stirred, told Showbiz Gaborone Sun bought the rights to stage the Valentine's Day musical, which will see more than 18 girls showing off their singing and dance talent.

The Gaborone Sun show, coming just a night before the Valentine's Day on Sunday is scheduled to be an 80-minute presentation of about 20 to 25 songs in which the girls will be singing and doing some sophisticated dance routines. Rehearsals for the show have been going on since early January and Mandy promises to wow everyone.

'We have been working on it for a while now. It will be different. We have been holding practice sessions but today was our first big rehearsal.

We have more than 18 girls, it is much more exciting, the dance routines are sophisticated but enjoyable,' Mandy said at the end of one of the rehearsals at Maitisong, where the girls have been energetically practicing over the last few weeks.
