Whose interest is the Attorney General serving?

She quoted the constitution and other laws of this country to the Bakgatla royals as if they are the standards ones. She even went on radio that there is one Botswana as such there is one constitution for all regardless of their tribe. What annoys me about this woman is that she was still the AG when extra judicial killings were carried out.

She never quoted anything from the constitution about government's death squads. She never wrote articles to enlighten the 'criminals' or those killed believed to have broken the laws about their basic human rights or treatments. She never even bothered to advise these killer agents on constitutional rights of their victims.

She was and is very mum. Was she on a sabbatical leave? Now that the ruling politicians believe that Kgosi Kagfela is a leftist. The AG  is 'bulling' our morena, ridiculing and reducing him to nothing. I now suspect this woman is BDP and that she being used as a propaganda tool under the pretext of Attorney General intervention.

I do not condone the brutal flogging dished out by mophato but flogging has being part of our culture and no one died unlike the DIS or its agents who have got blood on their hands.

Our ruling elites cannot tell what is conflict of interest, money laundering in the De Beers Saga. Attorney General ought to be at the fore front explaining these issues and advising our politicians to embrace Declaration of Assets Bill.

She must call Kgosi of DIS,Minister of Defence and Justice to give them a lecture on the constitutional demands.   Our tax payer money is wasted on this woman if this is how she discharges her duties.Government did not cover the extra judicial killings and now they cannot jump on the floggings. The government media are the ruling BDP mouthpiece.    Mokgatla, Kgosi e kgolo mo mapolotiking-Britain is an example.
