Sun-El Musician will headline the Spring Colour Fest Botswana to be held at Masa Gardens at Rasesa on October 21, 2017.  DJ Thoko said the Soweto-born musician Samthing Soweto also features in the track that Sun-EL Musician produced and released in May.  He explained that Sun-El Musician whose real name is Sanele Sithole, has produced a lot of music and has worked with the likes of Bucie Nqwiliso, Thiwe, Zakes Bantwini and Shota on a variety of songs.

“Sun El’s Akanamali is not just a house track.  It’s a song that captures a story, a song that defines a stage in a young man’s life and most of all it is a package of his musical experiences and influences. This artist will be bringing nothing but the best entertainment ever to his local fanbase,” DJ Thoko said.

He added that even though they have not yet confirmed with some managers of the local artists’ lineup like ATI and Baxon, they were hoping that they would confirm their attendance at the show as they are some of the most popular singers trending. He pointed out that they were in talks with other local artists who they would like to see represent the local music industry. Juju Vine and MC Banks would be amongst the local acts.

“The Spring Colour Fest is the ultimate social colour festival, spring event with the best outdoor activities and live stage of the best acts Botswana and South Africa have to offer.  A place where you can join the finest people for drinks, dance and summer madness,” he said.

DJ Thoko added that the festival aims to give friends and family members a chance to get together to usher in the finest season through laughter, colour splashing and music.  He said camp chairs and picnic blankets are allowed at the event to enjoy the vibes and share the greatness of the colour festival.

He said the event would be filled with loads of fun activities for both adults and children such as colour throws, bombs, fitness session, jumping castle, face painting and more.  He added that they would be having five-a-side tournament and volleyball competitions.

Tickets would be sold at P100 for adults and P50 for children above 10-years-old. Children under 10 years of age accompanied by parents or guardians would be allowed free entry.
