Stanbic appointment

As the Head of Human Resources, Mphetlhe will be responsible for developing the banks's  human capital development strategy which is critical for the bank's continued growth.

Mphetlhe, has built a reputable affinity with Stanbic Bank through a prior executive position she held at the Bank since 2006 as Head of Legal & Compliance & Company Secretary.

 Mphetlhe holds an LLB Degree and an MBA from the University of Botswana and is currently studying for a Diploma in Compliance Risk Management with the University of Johannesburg.  She is also a member of Botswana Law Society and sits on the Board of Botswana Medical Aid Society.

Says Mphetlhe, 'I am most ready and excited to take on the challenge brought by the position of Head of Human Resources.  I am confident that I will be able to carry out my duties diligently. 

'With the help of the entire human resource team at the Bank we will be able to have a positive impact on not only the Human Resources department but Stanbic Bank as a whole, by positioning quality and hard working individuals at the Bank.'
