The designers proved that indeed the local fashion industry has grown and that there are very talented fashion designers in Botswana. The event started off with the up and coming designers showcasing their clothing lines.

All the new designers were mentored by established local fashion designers. Most of their work was in a way inspired by their mentors. Amongst the exquisite designs were that of Sc Ser Consolado who opted to go for the colour pink collection.

Mildah Sengate’s lace and silk collection also got approval from the audience.
