Rollers have conceded just three goals and scored 15 in seven matches in what is turning out to be a one horse race.

“You cannot split those two things. You must pay attention to both. I am not the type of coach who prefers to keep a clean sheet. I would rather win 5-2 than 1-0 but you cannot separate the two,” the Serbian mentor said after Rollers’ 3-0 win over Gilport Lions on Tuesday.

Since his arrival, Kavazovic has preferred a rotation system but still managed to maintain a 100% record in the league.

Against Gilport Lions, Tshepo Motlhabankwe did not make it to the team while Thato Bolweleng started. In his short stint, Kavazovic has also managed to showcase some of the defensive qualities in Tshepo ‘Skhwama’ Matete and Motsholetsi Sikele who were previously known only for their attacking strength. Matete has been playing as a left back while Sikele has been used in the right back position. He said his aim is to ensure that all his players get a chance to play. He said since the beginning of the season, he has managed to use 22 players from his squad. A positive result against Systems will mean Rollers will have gone 30 games unbeaten, meaning it’s a whole season. Only Chiefs have gone through 30 games unbeaten in recent times. Systems have been blowing hot and cold, but face Rollers in a good mood after they registered a victory against Uniao Flamengo Santos on Wednesday night.

Still on Saturday, Mochudi Centre Chiefs take on TAFIC at the UB Stadium while BDF XI lock horns with Police XI who have been struggling with form. Santos take the long journey to Maun to face Sankoyo.

On Sunday, Gaborone United (GU) will be at home against Extension Gunners in what is expected to be the biggest match of the weekend. Both sides registered comfortable victories on Wednesday after their slow start to the season.

GU, who have been struggling to live up to their status, thrashed Miscellaneous away in Serowe while Gunners defeated Sankoyo Bush Bucks 3-1 in Lobatse, their second win in seven games. Second-placed Galaxy will have a tough encounter against Sharps Shooting Stars who seem to have found their footing in the elite league. Sharps registered their second win of the season on Wednesday beating Police XI in Otse.
