Tse Nala have roped in former Motlakase Power Dynamos coach, Boyo ‘Oris’ Radipotsane to lead the technical team following Nare’s departure.

Nare joined Orapa United last week after the Ostriches parted ways with Zimbabwean gaffer, Madinda Ndlovu following a string of disappointing results. Nare who only joined Miscellaneous at the beginning of this season left Tse Nala faithfuls reeling in shock and pained after turning the team’s fortunes around in a short space of time.  At his departure, Nare left Miscellaneous in position three having gathered 14 points from eight games. They won four games, drew two and lost two under his guidance.

Tse Nala have now changed three coaches in a period of less than six months, something that does not look good for the club and normally leaves players in confusion. They engaged Chicco after parting ways with Russia Chaba who helped promote the club from First division league to the elite one.

Speaking to Mmegi Sport, the club spokesperson, Edwin Ntau said in order to maintain their good form, they had to engage another coach as soon as possible. He said while they would not have wanted to lose Nare to another club in the midpoint of the season, their hope is that this does not present a bigger challenge ahead.

“Miscellaneous is a big team that is why we managed to find another coach within three days after losing another mentor.  It is never good to lose a coach in the middle of the season, but this is a minor challenge to us that is why we managed to find another coach. We cannot say we were ready for Chicco’s departure, but we could not deny him a chance to go for greener pastures,” Ntau explained.

Though Radipotsane said the deal has not been concluded yet, he confirmed negotiations are ongoing.

“We only spoke through the phone and I will be meeting them tomorrow (Tuesday) to finalise the deal. I still have to seek permission from Jwaneng Galaxy because that is where I belong and because of the fact that I was intending to go to school, I have to talk to them first,” Radipotsane said. Besides Zebras, Radipotsane also coached amongst other clubs, Motlakase and BR Highlanders.
