He attended primary school at Rachele Primary in Kanye until STD 6 and proceeded to do Form 1 at Moeding College, a school that was initially called Tiger Kloof.

He completed his studies in 1967 and was employed by Botswana Post and Telecoms company. A very brilliant person, Disele was then sent to Kenya Institute of Technology for further studies where he spent three years. Upon returning home, he was got a job as a consultant and played a major role in connecting telecommunications network in the country. He entered into a holy matrimony on April 21, 1979 with Bontsho Gaoduelwe of Ramotswa.

Disele was then sent for further studies in Alberta (Canada) where he acquired a Diploma in Telecoms. A few years later, in 1986, he was sent for further studies to do a Degree in Telecoms Engineering in Dakota, United States of America. Upon his return home, he was appointed Telecoms Superintendent in the country’s Northern Region.

A retiree, Disele is survived by his wife and three sons, a brother and a sister.

He was a cattle farmer.

Speakers described him as a loving person who ensured that his family was taken care of all the time. Among those who attended the funeral were Vice President Mokgweetsi Masisi, fomer MP for Kanye South, Peter Siele and village authorities.
