Barolong chief due in court today

Lobatse magistrate, Mareledi Dipate will preside.

In the case, which has attracted huge public interest, Marumoloa is alleged to have hurled insults at his Goodhope Customary Court subordinates on February 12, during a dispute of alleged conspiracies and backstabbing.

The state intends to call six witness in the case, which has several complainants because of the nature of the alleged offence. 

Marumoloa is out on bail.
