The trainer told Mmegi Sport that he was close to concluding talks with one of the top clubs in Zimbabwe.

He is linked to Chicken Inn and Highlanders. “I can’t confirm my exact destination now, but I am in advanced talks with two top teams and before end of this week I will know my future. All I can confirm is I am back home.”

Sources say Ndlovu is destined for Highlanders, a club that he has played for and coached. Highlanders are without a coach after Dutchman, Elroy Akbay decided to part ways with the Bulawayo giants.

However, Ndlovu is not a happy man after he left without his package from Orapa United. He said the club is taking him from pillar to post when he demands what is due to him.  He also expects the club to repatriate him.

“I don’t know what processes I have to go through. The club is dragging its feet on the matter, but I should be moving on with my life. I was hoping because I was dismissed, the exit package would be top priority, but that does not seem the case for Orapa United,” he said.

When responding to Ndlovu’s demands, Orapa spokesperson, Kabo William said the delay is caused by some elements Ndlovu did not understand when he was shown the door.  He said everything is in order and the coach will get his package and repatriation allowances.

“He has to do exit medicals, which are mandatory for all employees of Orapa United. He also has to submit the entry permit and fulfil other processes as stated in his contract. His repatriation allowance and the exit package are ready. We expect him to come back from Zimbabwe this week and all the processes will be carried out.”

Ndlovu’s right hand man, Zacharia Mudzadzi was meanwhile, spared. He is the technical director for the development structures.
