FNBB opens new branch at Rail Park Mall

The fully fledged branch caters to the customers’ complete needs by offering access to services including but are not limited to: Personal Banking Services, Business Banking Services, Credit facilities, Wesbank and 24hr Self Service. Customers also have access to five ATMs, three of which are deposit taking atms.

ATMs with deposit give customers the ability to bank beyond the traditional banking hours. In a statemenet, the Bank also announced the introduction of the Youth Centre, which focuses on youth related products including; Future Forward, Flexi Fixed Deposit Account, Digital Banking and more in future.

The opening of the branch is in line with the Bank’s continuous effort of serving a wider customer base.

“As FNBB, we support the youth segment and as such we saw it fit for us to cater to the youth’s individual banking needs. This is our way of ensuring that the youth have an easier and more convenient banking experience and assisting them in whichever way possible,” said FNBB chief executive officer, Steven Bogatsu.

The opening of this branch comes as a welcome gesture because it is located in the buzz of the city where we are expecting high traffic from commuters, business owners and the youth and this will allow us to reach and serve more people, said the bank .
