My Spar rewards Dinaletsana trio

The three players each pocketed P1,000 after being named Botswana’s best performers in the two matches. As part of the sponsorship for the Dinaletsana, My Spar Botswana awards P1,000 each match for Botswana’s best player on the day.
David was named Botswana’s best player in the victory against Malaysia in the Netball World Youth Cup opener. Dino, who plays as the goal defender, was instrumental against Cook Islands also walked away with P1,000. Phesodi was named Botswana’s best performer in the loss to Uganda yesterday and also pocketed P1, 000.
According to Spar Botswana Sponsorship, throughout tournament, Botswana players whether they win, draw or loose, My Spar will reward the team Botswana player of the match. The partnership seems to have motivated the team, which staged a great start with two resounding victories.
Meanwhile, coach Botlhole Mmopi said she is happy and proud with how the girls had approached the games. She said she really appreciates the support they get at the venue since the games started. “We are very honoured as a team to be getting such a great support from Batswana therefore going forward our intentions are to make Batswana proud.
The girls are confident and they are displaying their best each game,” Mmopi said. She urged Batswana to continue with their massive support throughout the games so as to carry the momentum.
