Thabang Bothole
Home Village: Ramotswa
My plan is to cross borders to Lesotho for my cousin’s wedding this festive season. I will be with my family there. Year 2017 was not mine. I lost my relatives and my house also got burned due to an electricity fault. The crime rate was very high, so in a nutshell there is nothing much to talk about in 2017. I am going to make 2018 my year by exploring my talents. Though I am a good chef I want to learn new recipes.
Phalafa Rammai
Home Village: Seleka
I want to end my year in style, I will be with my relatives in Seleka these coming holidays, but as it is the norm on December 24, I will be in Palapye for the Clap Your Hands music show. I don’t want to talk much about 2017 for the reason that my business didn’t do well. Musically I give a thumbs up to local rapper ATI, and say 2017 was his year and he was top notch. I respect him for his God-given talent. As for 2018 I don’t want to talk much about it, but the expectation is to see a new President coming up with new ideas that will benefit Batswana.

Molepolole is the place to be this coming holiday, I will be with friends and family having a good time. 2018 is going to be different and I am going to enjoy it.

Home Village: Mookane
I am leaving for Mafikeng so that I prepare myself well in time before I go home. I am going to spend my holidays with my family and friends in Mookane village. Since Morobosi Musical Festival is growing better every year, I want to spend my New Year’s Eve there with friends.
The line-up is very intense. That is why I don’t want to miss it. For this year’s memories, I can mention a few but Tlatsa Lebala music show was the best of the best. I was very impressed by the local line-up. 2018 is going to be a busy year for me. I will be starting up my campaign for Tsogang ward in Gaborone North under the newly formed Alliance for Progressives party.
Bangwe Money
Home Village: Nkange
Even though 2017 was not my year because my business didn’t do well, I want to thank God for the precious life he gave me. With the little profit I made, I want to start building my house during the holidays. I want to spend my Christmas holidays in Nkange with family members.
