Zimbabwean woman stabs lover to death

Ndebele is allegedly stabbed Ncube with a knife on December 21, 2017 at Molapo Estates after a heated argument. 

Ndebele is also facing a charge of entering Botswana using an unlawful point of entry. 

Yesterday, Inspector Patrick Mapodisi told the magistrate Kebeetsweng that investigations into the matter are complete. 

 “We are awaiting committal documents so that the matter can be referred to the High Court for trial. We further apply for the accused to be further remanded in jail,” he said. 

Asked if she has anything to say, Ndebele replied: “I want the police to help me get my property from where I used to live.” 

Kebeetsweng however, advised Ndebele that the police can only help her to get clothing and are not enjoined to take care of her other property besides clothing. 

Ndebele, who was further remanded in custody, will appear in court on January 24 for status hearing.
