The Directorate of Public Prosecutions (DPP) had sought before the Magistrate Court in December an order to have Seretse's properties and bank accounts placed under restraint and that they should not be disposed off which was granted.
Attorney representing the trio Kgosietsile Ngakaagae then filed an urgent application challenging the decision before Radijeng.
Radijeng also ordered that the trio pay costs of the suit.
Seretse and his co-accused, Botho Leburu and Kenneth Kerekang are facing money laundering charges involving over P320 million from the National Petroleum Fund.
The trio are currently on bail and will appear for mention on January 25, 2018.
