King Bee says goodbye to Flava Dome

 

The presenter who is popularly known as King Bee in the entertainment circles posted a statement on Facebook indicating that his departure has nothing to do with the Flava Dome team.

“I have taken the decision to part ways with the show and trust me there is no bad blood,” read the statement.

The former presenter of My African Dream talent search said Flava Dome would forever be his family, but there comes a time in someone’s life where growth is necessary.

Loungo who has been eyeing bigger gigs in the past like SABC’s Top Billing said he wants to do other things and embrace his mistakes.

Pitse’s big break came in 2009 when he got a role with the No.1 Ladies Detective Agency, which starred Jill Scott.

“God’s timing is unquestionable and I’m in the best space I’ve ever been in a very long time.  I have loved every moment of being on Flava Dome, the opportunities that came with this amazing platform and the lessons I have acquired,” he said.

Loungo who was a victim of a social spat last year at Toropo Ya Muka music festival in Francistown said he has learned to be strong in the face of cyber bullying, constant insults, name calling, shaming and hate.

He thanked his supporters, producer, Kefilwe Leero and longtime co-host, Sadi Dikgaka.
