Passion killer kills again

The suspect, Keodirestse Tlhofaetsi who is said to be on the run is wanted by the police in connection with the murder of a 21-year-old woman at Ledumadumane on January 27, 2018.

The deceased who originates from Mogobane village was found dead at the suspect’s home.

Deputy public relations officer for police, senior superintendent Near Bagali in an interview said they are on the lookout for the suspect, as he is dangerous.

He confirmed that the suspect allegedly killed his girlfriend at his home before going to a bar where he had a misunderstanding with a man he later assaulted.

“After killing his girlfriend he went to a bar where there was a misunderstanding and he assaulted and inflicted serious wounds to a 26-year-old man,” he said.

Bagali said the man was in serious condition and appealed to members to report the suspect’s whereabouts.

He also confirmed that at the time of the offences, the suspect was on bail for the offence of murder committed in September 2016 in which he allegedly murdered his then girlfriend.
