Dagga accused persons plead �not guilty�

The duo appeared before Broadhurst magistrate, Tshepo Thedi yesterday. The court revealed that on October 11, 2017 the duo was arrested with dagga at Extension 20 location in Broadhurst, Gaborone.

Asked if they understand the charge, the accused persons said they understand the charge but pleaded not guilty.

Representing the state, Onkemetse Modukanele told the court that the prosecution does not oppose the duo being granted bail, but the court should set bail conditions that the duo should follow.
