Palapye Colour Fest postponed

The event coordinator, Tefo Dikobe told Showbiz they had to postpone the event due to some reasons beyond their control. However, Dikobe has promised revellers nothing but endless entertainment and more fun. He said the event would be held at Nkau’s Farm opposite Morupule Coal Mine.
For the first time in history, the colour fest will be invading Palapye where youth, adults, and children are expected to experience a vibrant, fun and safe colour fest.
“The event will start at 10am till late. From 10am till 6pm we will be having colour fun festival and family fun day where the colour splashing will be happening. There will also be many fun games for children like water slides, jumping castles, egg race and many more,” he said.
Dikobe explained that from 6pm till late they would be hosting a Neon Party, which is strictly for people aged 18 years of age and above. He said night crawlers would be spoilt for endless entertainment choice from local artists such as Amanandos, Noello, ATI, Chef Gustos, JDe Superstart, Girly (Dibody), Skeatman Genaro, Dj Skhebo, Candy Yama, Dj Sphetula, Dj Skul and their master of ceremony (MC) would be Bonnie of RB2, Kefus Leo and Vivie-A.
“This colour fest will be the first of its kind to happen in the central region as it will be a party in colour. We are also selling our branded merchandise ranging from t-shirts at P150, sports caps P80, beanies P60 and bucket hats, which will be sold for as little as P70,” he said.
He explained that tickets would be sold at P50 for children, P100 for a normal ticket for adults and VIP tickets cost P250.
