#NoExcuses comes to Botswana

The tour is currently underway in South Africa as it has been broadcast on different radio stations having started last week. Kontle is a motivational speaker based in South Africa running a consultancy agency.

“As people we tend to give excuses when we are supposed to execute our business ideas and other ventures, which lead to people not doing anything.  With my team we have studied the human mind, we have discovered what leads to people coming up with excuses and how they can overcome them,” Kontle said.

With 14 years of experience as a motivational speaker he believes he is capable of motivating people to abstain from excuses that stop them from succeeding.  In South Africa he has worked with public and private sector facilitating motivational and team building seminars.

He noted that the reason behind the radio tour is that he reaches a wider audience through the different radio stations then later on hold seminars when his brand has grown recognisable through the radio tour.

Locally it will start on Wednesday when he presents a session on Duma FM at 5 pm. He is yet to release a full schedule of the local radio tours.

In South Africa Kontle has presented the #NoExcuses sessions on different radio stations such as SA FM, Cosmo FM, UJ FM and 702 FM to mention just a few.

“We focus on the goal-oriented perspectives, on what people want to achieve and develop themselves into,” Kontle said.

He is scheduled to take the radio tour to Nigeria and Zimbabwe.  The motivational speaker who launched his career in Botswana 14 years ago has intentions of hosting seminars and working with local organisations.
