The marquee tent was packed with demos and displays that attracted numerous visitors who were looking to have a taste of varieties of wines available. Attendants had the opportunity to taste and enjoy some of the best wines from South Africa, as well as a special treat being three ranges of Prosecco from Italy. This included indulging in a selection of over 70 wines from 10 of South Africa’s top wineries.  The wine varieties included Babel red blend, Sauvignon Blanc, The Guru Merlot, Lemon Zest, Cheni Blanc, Blanc De Noir, Signature Syrah, Merlot Bloem white blend, Tropico Sauvignon Blanc, Valdo Rose Floral and Valdo Prosecco among others.

When welcoming over 300 premier and private clients who attended the event, FNB retail director, Boitumelo Mogopa said that with the First Wine Show, FNB aims to engage with clients in a more relaxed setting to promote the FNB premier and private offering that comes with a variety of lifestyle benefits.
