Galaxy will make the long trip to the north to face United in a repeat of the Mascom Top 8 final played last month while Rollers will visit Green Lovers at the Serowe Sports Complex. United welcome the side that deprived them of a successive top eight title to their slaughter house at the Itekeng Stadium.

Rollers’ goalless draw against Nico United over the weekend put the Ostriches back in the race after Galaxy drew with Black Forest in their last game. However, a win or a draw for Rollers automatically kicks United out of the race. Madinda Ndlovu’s troops will head into today’s game with revenge in their mind hoping that Lovers do them a favour against Rollers.

On the other hand, Galaxy were having a ‘free’ weekend as Rollers played catch up after not playing two games following Gofaone Tiro’s tragic death.

Mike Sithole will be missing talisman Thabang Sesenyi who serves suspension after collecting three yellow cards. Locked at 57 points, with Rollers and only behind on goal difference, Sithole will not be taking any chances against United, hoping to avoid another set back in a row.

As for Rollers coach, Mogomotsi Mpote hopes to continue his unbeaten streak in the league. Rollers will look to avoid a banana skin slip against relegated Lovers, who will be going in to the game with nothing to lose.

Mpote welcomesg back centre back, Mosha Gaolaolwe who missed the Nico clash due to suspension. Popa will be pinning their hopes on marksman Terence Mandaza who leads the race for the green boot with 15 goals.

Kick Off for both games is 7pm.
