The stylish and contemporary hotel, which is situated in I-Towers’, has about 54 modern rooms including 36 standard rooms, six premium rooms as well as 12 premium plus rooms with balconies opening to the city view.

The hotel also has 93 one and two-bedroomed apartments, which according to the head of new projects, Justin Jose have already sold about 80%. Room 52, which is a twin to the I-towers, is a project by Overseas Development Enterprises (ODE), which also owns Travel Lodge in Gaborone and Kasane.

Speaking to Business Monitor, Jose said their main target is the business clientele hence the reason for the elegance, adding that its location in the city’s Central Business District (CBD) is making the hotel an ideal destination for business travellers.

“At Room 52 you will experience all the services you would expect from a premium hotel whist feeling completely at home in the well-appointed accommodation.

Each room carries a clean and sophisticated design inclusive of a kitchenette and contemporary furnishings,” he said.

The hotel also offers 24-hour business facilities such as car parking with valet parking as well as airport transfers to guests and around the city. It also has high-speed wireless Internet services.

For those who love to wine and dine whilst enjoying the view, the tallest building also has a restaurant called ‘Table 50Two’ at the very top of the hotel on the 28th floor.

According to Jose, the restaurant is strategically placed to give the clients the best view of the city as it offers an outdoor setting with sofas offering breath-taking views of Gaborone.

“The breath taking view includes the mystical lights of CBD in the evenings while the outdoor setting is sophisticated and comfortable to offer the exquisite fine dinning experience. The restaurant also offers an exclusive world-class menu complemented with a wide range of choice of wine and beverage,” he said.

In addition, Jose said the restaurant is open for the public to host their dinners and celebrations as they would enjoy a harmonious and stylish environment combined with a unique lifestyle experience.
