Fashion Meets Music Was A Hit

Hordes of fashion and fun lovers made their way to the location adorned in glamorous black and white apparel, with their camp chairs and cooler boxes intact.
There was joyous positive mood all round. Although the event started three hours late due to technical issues, fun lovers kept coming and stayed put until the real fun began.
When the DJs finally got on stage to do what they do best, heads and bodies moved from all angles as people could not ignore hits such as Sister Bettina and Unforgettable. A lot of local tracks also made it on the playlist.
It is safe to say the organisers did a tremendous job in keeping the hundreds of night crawlers grooving until the star of the show made her great entrance.
DJ Thuli, real name Thulisile Phongolo, gave the people what they had been craving all night. For the majority, it was a dream to see her killing it on the decks.
DJ Thuli is generally known for her acting role, Namhla Diale in the South African soapie, Generations. “Though we disappointed her on the part of sound, we are grateful for her performance.
Also, to all the people who came, your presence is highly appreciated,” said event organiser, David Letshwiti.
