Jameson assembles a hot lineup of DJs

The event that aims to create the ultimate bond and connect moment will bring international acts such as 5FM radio DJ Phind’Gcobe Madubela, better known by his stage name pH.
The former sportsman recently partied with Diddy, Paris Hilton, Cassie, DJ Fresh and Euphonik in Miami and at the Ultra music festival. Also on the line-up are The Muffinz and Ashley Raphala‚ popularly known as DJ Shimza.
The stellar line-up of performances includes local musicians such as DJ Chrispen, DJ Root, German Dollar and DJ Spinz.
“This isn’t just about a ‘music’ event per se but using best practice event planning to deliver a full Jameson bond and connect experience through every detail that has gone into planning this event from the bespoke cocktails provided by the Liquid Library team right down to the artists that will keep our guests dancing all day and night,” the marketing and events coordinator of Jameson Botswana Jennifer Gaffney said in an interview.
She said they wanted to create an experience that is locally relevant, with a premium edge and focuses on building brand advocacy with a Sine Metu mindset. Gaffney said it is when people fear less and live more that the real moments and genuine bonding with friends can happen.
“We have decided to do away with the secret location and the all-white dress code in an attempt to keep it fresh and new.
We already know that Batswana take pride in their appearance and the clothes that they wear so we have no doubt that despite the fact that we have not imposed a dress code people will be out there looking good,” she highlighted.
Gaffney also said they will be launching a new member of the Jameson family, the “Jameson Black Barrel”, which the VIP area will be named after.
She added that they would like to host a large-scale Jameson event annually going forward after the success of their maiden Jameson event in 2016, The Jameson Live Secret Party.
