Who Am I? is a non-profit organisation that touches on matters of ‘self’. Who Am I seeks to help an ordinary individual self-actualise beyond external influences. The organisation uses the power of influence to drive its mandate. Who Am I? taps into such influence and camps on: Issues of self, Self-identity, Youth empowerment and helping young people realise their full individual potential,” MissGeeKays said in a press release.

She stated in the few years since its inception, Who Am I has carried out a variety of successful projects aligned with the mission and mandate. “One such project is the Who Am I School Tour. The Who Am I team set out on a nationwide secondary school tour.

The aim of the tour is to inspire student communities to self-actualise, help lay a solid foundation as well as assist in channelling their ideas for the future. Another initiative we have started here at Who Am I is the Who Am I breakfast sessions,” she added.

The RB2 presenter stated that the driving force behind this project is to build a culture of togetherness and empowerment amongst young women within the society. She said these sessions provide a platform for women to come and share their daily experiences and challenges.

MissGeekKays said a variety of guest speakers are chosen for each session. “The end goal is to raise young confident and successful women.

Visiting schools, hosting breakfast sessions as well as our strong online presence has helped us to connect with a large number of youth throughout the country.”

She said they are looking to use this as an opportunity to formally introduce their organisation to stakeholders and potential sponsors as well as showcase all their works from inception to date.

The event is scheduled to start at 6pm and the targeted attendance is 100 people.
